Tu Ora Compass Health Outreach Clinic

The Tū Ora Compass Health outreach team are here to help! They can offer immunisations and basic health checks for those without a GP or struggling to get into a GP for basic health checks. Currently this can cover (as appropriate)-Blood Pressure checks, Diabetes screening, and cholesterol checks, CVRA heart checks. This service does not replace connection with your GP but aims to support vulnerable communities and promote community health. The outreach team place community at the centre of everything that they do! 2026 clinic dates: March 27th, April 17th, May 8th, June 5th, & July 3rd.
