The front half of the building is occupied by the community computing hub, Smart Newtown.
The back half of the building is available for hire most evenings.

The back half of the building is a large room permanently set up in a classroom style format, used during the day by Mclass for ESOL classes and by Smart Newtown for additional computer classes. It has a large fixed whiteboard, tea and coffee making facilities and a heater.
